Mobile Web Sites

T-Mobile is seeking innovative mobile web sites to provide our customers with a richer, fuller Mobile Web experience.

What’s in it for you?

  • Potential placement in the T-Mobile web2go site catalog
  • The possibility of reaching the growing T-Mobile subscriber base of over 30 Million

Developing your mobile web site for T-Mobile

Nearly all currently offered T-Mobile devices are compatible with Wireless Application Protocol 2.0 (WAP 2.0). T-Mobile requires that your site is compatible with XHTML standards to create Mobile Web experiences that will render properly across all T-Mobile embedded browsers.  To view device information including screen sizes and browsers, visit device search.

The default homepage for T-Mobile handsets is web2go, our Mobile Web portal. The site catalog in web2go is where your site will be available to T-Mobile subscribers. Check out the web2go overview for more info.

Submit your site for testing

Mobile web sites must pass certification testing which is handled by our certification partner, InfoStretch Corporation.  Review the Mobile Web Handbook to learn the requirements that your mobile web site must meet in order to pass certification. Once your site is ready, submit it for testing online.
