Device Loaner Program

Borrow a loaner device and test drive your application for up to 6 weeks.  

To participate in the device loaner program, a company must first sign a devPartner Participation Agreement for Mobile Applications or a devPartner Participation Agreement for Mobile Web Sites (see Getting Started).  Once the agreement is executed, you may check out one or more devices for a 6-week period.  The maximum number of devices a company may have on loan is 10 and are limited to 1 of each model type.

There is no rental charge for loaners. You pay the two-way shipping & handling fee for each device ordered.  

Devices do not ship with a SIM card and it will take a few days to receive your device, so while you're waiting, you'll have to activate a T-Mobile service plan with a SIM card unless you already have an existing T-Mobile service plan.  To activate a new T-Mobile service plan, call us at 1-877-453-1304 and remember to request a SIM card.   

Choose your devices from the Device Loaners page and drop them into your shopping cart. After you add the first device to your shopping cart, you will be presented with the device loaner program terms and conditions. Please review the terms and conditions carefully, as they explain the terms of participating in the device loaner program. Although there is no rental charge for loaners, when choosing loaner devices you will see a "Guarantee Fee" which indicates the maximum fee charged to you if loaner devices are damaged or not returned.

Once you have the device and SIM card with an active T-Mobile service plan, you can test your signed applications to your heart's content.   

Returning loaners:

When you no longer require a borrowed device (or 6-weeks whichever comes first), please return the device in its original condition to avoid loss, damage or replacement fees. 

We will send a pre-paid return shipping label with each loaner device.  Please return the device in the same packaging that was used in shipping it to you to the following address:
