Just a short registration gives you access to information about our market information (and trends) so you can build applications. Additionally, we’ll direct you to technical resources which, today include:

- Sun Java Wireless Toolkit (J2ME)
- Sidekick (Java SE)

T-Mobile Popular Devices. T-Mobile provides you information about T-Mobile devices that have larger market share and/or a propensity for downloads.
Even if you choose not to register, you still have access to our Knowledgebase and Device information but you’ll have an even better experience with registration.
2. Login problems – what should I do?
If you have problems logging in some solutions you can try are:
- If you forgot your username, you can retrieve it using your email address. Click here to go to Forgot Password, type in your email address and we will send you your username and a new password.
- Your password was initially required to be at least 6 characters long and contain no spaces.
- You may request to have your password reset

What if I want a deeper relationship with T-Mobile? (e.g. I want T-Mobile to fund my company, do joint planning)

4. How long does my registration or membership last?
Free memberships last 1 year. We may request annual updates to your profile in order to be considered for t-zones®.
5. Are there any fees to join the devPartner Community Program?
There is no cost for registering with the devPartner Community Program.
6. My contact information or my company administrator has changed, how do I update their information in our company profile?

7. If I currently have a non-mobile “social” application and I want to extend it into the mobile market, what should I do?

8. Are there any testing and/or certification requirements?
Yes, your application must be tested and certified by True North. If you need access to device testing, but don’t have a physical device, you may wish to access DeviceAnywhere to see if your application works properly on your targeted devices.
9. As a member, can I get access to free or discounted T-Mobile Service?
Not at this time, but we hope to add this benefit soon.
10. Can I enroll multiple users?
Yes, you can invite others from within or outside your company. If they associate with your company, your administrator can manage accounts for users throughout your company.
We recommend that, to simplify your registration, that you use your company email domain when registering for fastest access. (i.e. you will be automatically associated and won’t need to wait for your administrator to approve you).
11. Does the devPartner Community Program include technical support from T-Mobile?

12. How can I get access to devices?
To access devices in the T-Mobile device line-up, check out our Device Loaner program. You can also test devices using the Virtual Developer Lab from DeviceAnywhere.
